国内の伸び鈍化だが海外の店舗出店、買収で伸ばすセブン&アイ

Domestic growth is slowing, but Seven & I is expanding through overseas store openings and acquisitions.
2023年2月期の売上の海外売上が全体の74.5％と最大で伸び率も170％、利益も全体の50％、国内の売上鈍化をカバーしている状況。海外売上は主に米国内。2030年度までに日本、北米を含めた全世界で30の地域での出店を目指す方針。海外出店買収をする中で、営業キャッシュフローが投資、財務のマイナス分を上回っており健全。
アジア圏での成長力が弱いかもしれないが、PERが17と低いため購入検討しても良いと考える。また決算書が端的で読みやすく、内部統制力の強さが伺える。

This situation is compensating for the slowdown in domestic sales. The majority of overseas sales are within the United States. By the fiscal year 2030, the policy aims to open outlets in 30 regions globally, including Japan and North America. Amidst the overseas expansion and acquisitions, the operating cash flow exceeds the negative aspects of investments and finances, indicating a healthy financial state. Although growth in the Asian region might be weak, with a Price to Earnings Ratio (PER) of 17, it might still be considered a good buy. Furthermore, the financial statements are concise and easy to read, suggesting strong internal control capabilities.

北米と中華圏での海外進出が進んでいて海外売上が70％を超え、今後の計画も伸ばす方針で期待できるかもしれない。 財務状態に問題なく、価格が5700円で60万円程度から投資可能（全体の6％）投資検討しても良さそう。
Mina's Judgment
The company's expansion overseas, particularly in North America and the Chinese market, is progressing well, with foreign sales exceeding 70%. Future plans to further increase this figure seem promising. The financial condition is stable, and with the price at 5700 yen, it's possible to invest from around 600,000 yen (which is about 6% of the total). It seems worth considering for investment.
