クックパッドを利用した際に、サービスの規約違反をしていたらしくその連絡が自動ではなく、社員から直接届いた、不満を言ったらそれに丁寧に返信し詫びていた。会社のサービス利用者に対する意識が高く株価は低いが財務状態が良ければ投資価値があるのではと考えた。

When I used Cookpad, it seems I violated their service terms, and I received direct communication from an employee, not an automated message. When I expressed dissatisfaction, they replied politely and apologized. This shows the company's high commitment to its users. Although the stock price is low, if their financial condition is good, I think it might be worth investing in.
ミナの判断
サービスのクオリティ、社員の質は高いが、課金ユーザーのロイアリティは高いとは言えず、顧客離れ、売上減少が長年続いている。新規サービスも出してはいるがアップセルのサービス多く新しい収入源として大幅に営業キャッシュフローを改善するものが出てきていない。
底値でのYahooなどの買収の可能性もあるため、新しい売上の軸となると思える新サービスが出るまで投資は控えても良いと考える。
Mina's judgment
The quality of the service and the staff is high, but the loyalty among paying users is not strong, leading to ongoing customer loss and a long-term decrease in sales. While new services are being introduced, many are focused on upselling without significantly improving operating cash flow as new sources of revenue. Considering the possibility of acquisitions at a low price by companies like Yahoo, it might be wise to refrain from investing until a new service emerges that could potentially become a new pillar of revenue.
